Our Leadership
Eric Holland, CEO of Holland Enterprise LLC
Eric Holland is the president and owner of Holland Enterprise LLC. Eric oversees all day-to-day company operations, and manages a large team of traffic control specialists and construction haulers stationed at sites throughout the Washington metropolitan area.
For over a decade, Eric has steadily grown the operational capabilities of Holland Enterprises by relying on his prior management experience for a Fortune 500 company. Eric insures that all employees of Holland Enterprise go through regular safety and compliance training, and are coached to be responsive, efficient and courteous to customers.
Originally from North Carolina, Eric has called Washington D.C. his home for the last three decades. Eric received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of the District of Columbia, and regularly volunteers with the Boys & Girls Club of America.
Pamela R. Saunders, Director of Business Operations
Pamela Saunders is an experienced management professional with expertise in organizational capability and workforce strategy. Before joining Holland Enterprise LLC, Pamela was Managing Director of Operations of the National School Boards Association. Prior to that, she practiced for several years as a Senior Consultant and eventually launched her own Human Resources and Management Consulting firm. Pamela gained many years of management and HR experience from her various roles with global organizations like the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), ADECCO USA, General Electric and First American Corporation.

Pamela is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a charter member of the Human Resource Society of Prince George's County (HRSPGC). She holds both an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration-Management degree from the Howard University School of Business, Washington D.C.
